You'll own the full lifecycle of client partnerships at Blue Rose Research, serving as the senior point of contact for progressive organizations. Your work will drive strategic decisions in consequential races and shape evidence-based political strategy. The team includes PhD data scientists and engineers working on cutting-edge products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Owning end-to-end client relationships and project delivery
• Producing client-ready presentations and deliverables
• Designing and fielding surveys at scale across projects
• Translating between technical teams and political clients

📋 Requirements

• Deep roots in Democratic politics (a decade or more)
• Extensive client-facing or senior stakeholder experience
• Comfortable with SQL and relational databases
• Strong oral and written communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modeling and regression techniques
• Multidisciplinary team experience with engineers and data scientists
• Fast-paced environment experience with high volume of projects
