You'll lead implementations and drive adoption for a strategic enterprise account, acting as the on-the-ground bridge between customers, product, and internal teams. You'll combine relationship-building with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is embedded with users to translate their day-to-day challenges into actionable insights.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and end users.
- Lead discovery to understand client needs and define scope.
- Own end-to-end project execution and implementation plans.
- Act as voice of customer internally with Product and Tech.
- Drive adoption, value, and growth through trainings and QBRs.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years in enterprise account management or consulting.
- Fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
- Strong project management or technical implementation experience.
- Executive presence and communication abilities.

- Native Portuguese or Spanish.
- Fluent English speaker.
