You'll lead implementations and drive adoption for a strategic enterprise account, acting as the on-the-ground bridge between customers, product, and internal teams. You'll combine relationship-building with hands-on execution to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is embedded with users to translate their day-to-day challenges into actionable insights.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders and end users.
  • Lead discovery to understand client needs and define scope.
  • Own end-to-end project execution and implementation plans.
  • Act as voice of customer internally with Product and Tech.
  • Drive adoption, value, and growth through trainings and QBRs.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years in enterprise account management or consulting.
  • Fluent Portuguese and Spanish.
  • Strong project management or technical implementation experience.
  • Executive presence and communication abilities.

  • Native Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Fluent English speaker.
