🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer accounts from subscription start to renewal
• Contact clients who didn't renew or stopped transacting
• Analyze churn reasons and offer recovery solutions
• Maintain CRM data and provide churn insights

📋 Requirements

• High school graduate minimum; fresh graduates welcome
• At least 1 year experience in Telesales/Recovery/Account Management
• Excellent pitching and sales skills
• Good analytical thinking for relevant solutions
