πΌ About This Role
You'll own the growth strategy and build acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization engines for an AI-native biomedical knowledge platform. Your core impact will be scaling Causaly beyond enterprise pharma into academia, biotech, and life science professionals. You'll operate with high autonomy and build from scratch in a role that combines PLG, experimentation, and AI-native growth tooling.
π― What You'll Do
- Define growth strategy, KPI stack, operating cadence, and scale recommendations
- Build repeatable acquisition channels through academia, biotech, communities, and professional networks
- Design onboarding and time-to-value flows that drive activation
- Create retention loops with saved work, templates, alerts, and continue flows
- Run monetization experiments on packaging, paywalls, pricing, and upgrade flows
π Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in growth/product-led roles with ownership of activation/retention/conversion
- Proven PLG growth operator on a prosumer product
- Strong experimentation DNA with bias to shipping
- Highly analytical with funnel/cohort analysis and instrumentation ownership

- Experience scaling from individual users to teams (collaboration, seat expansion)
