💼 About This Role

You'll join Torq's legal team, supporting our AI SOC platform's rapid growth. You'll draft and negotiate commercial agreements globally, driving our success as an autonomous SecOps leader. This role offers direct impact in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial sales and purchase agreements with worldwide customers and vendors
• Respond to due diligence questionnaires, RFPs, and solicitations from commercial and government sectors
• Draft and negotiate NDAs, channel partner, tech partner, services, and procurement agreements
• Support internal departments on marketing, sales, product, and R&D legal matters

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in commercial/technology law at a leading firm or in-house
• Knowledge of data protection/privacy laws
• Experience with SaaS agreements
• Native-level English proficiency
