🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with senior management to develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
• Lead change initiatives and support organizational transformation.
• Implement strategic talent management and performance management programs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or similar role with strategic focus
• Strong knowledge of labor laws including ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws
• Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or communications

• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
