You'll drive the launch of a new payments product from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. You'll manage the end-to-end product development process, including backend and client-facing UX. This role offers hands-on involvement across all stages in a high-tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive development of a new payments product from scratch
• Manage end-to-end product development including backend and UX
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to align priorities and scope
• Coordinate parallel development across multiple teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years as Business Analyst in financial services/payments
• Experience managing distributed product development with cross-functional teams
• Strong requirements management skills including elicitation and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with PSP products
• Knowledge of BPMN or equivalent process modeling
• Ability to work with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Security teams
