Description

You will define and execute strategies for integrating VR, AR, MR, and advanced visualization into design processes and client engagement. You'll lead research, pilot new workflows, build internal capability through training, and partner with design teams to deliver immersive experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design Technology, Interactive Media Design, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in immersive technology or visualization within AEC or similar industries.
• Expertise in VR/AR/MR platforms and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of the AEC industry and business acumen.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an immersive technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Evaluate and deploy VR/AR/MR platforms and 3D visualization tools.
• Integrate immersive tools with design software (Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper) and collaboration platforms.
• Drive R&D into emerging technologies; pilot new workflows and proof-of-concept projects.
• Build internal capability through training and mentoring; support client-facing immersive experiences.
