Requirements

• 10+ years in Data Science at a product-focused software company
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Proven ability to apply statistical methods, causal inference, and experimental design
• Experience leading large, technically complex projects with business impact
• BS/MS/PhD in quantitative field or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities

• Shape analytical strategy for a major product or business area, setting long-term experimentation direction
• Execute org-level analytical roadmaps that inform company strategy
• Drive frameworks for experimentation, causal analysis, and metric design across teams
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, proactively defining success measures
• Mentor junior data scientists and raise the bar for analytical thinking
