You'll develop and debug critical system software for Etched's AI inference server infrastructure, working with BIOS, BMC firmware, and kernel-mode drivers. You'll design system logging and integrate container orchestration to ensure reliability and performance. This role offers the chance to shape foundational software for next-generation AI hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Integrate and maintain BIOS and BMC firmware
• Analyze DRAM timings, PCIe configurations, power states
• Develop advanced system logging and diagnostic tools
• Optimize node-level orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years with C/C++ or Python
• 8+ years with BMC firmware development
• 5+ years with version control systems
• Experience with server boot processes

• 3+ years in a leading role
• Experience with BIOS firmware architectures
• Experience with Rust
