Description

You will partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies for the Customer Service Automation line of business, driving culture, organizational design, change management, and leadership coaching within a dynamic global HR team.

Requirements

• 5-8 years experience as an HR Business Partner
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field
• Ability to balance strategic and detailed work like headcount tracking
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of employment law

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR plans and solutions with senior management
• Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
• Design and execute change management plans including PMI on acquisitions
• Provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders
• Analyze business metrics to recommend actions on retention and employee experience
