Description

You will ensure high-quality post-processing operations and stable operational performance, even in the absence of the team leader. You will contribute to team development and process optimization through your expertise.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, toolmaker, industrial mechanic, or similar
• Experience in deburring, grinding, polishing, and manual finishing of sensitive parts
• Understanding of fits and surface qualities
• Experience with mechanical joining and assembly work
• Good German language skills

Responsibilities

• Deburring, grinding, and polishing parts per quality and drawing specifications
• Marking, labeling, and identifying parts per technical documentation
• Cleaning and final surface preparation
• Installing threaded inserts (e.g., Helicoils) and performing press-fit and joining processes
• Creating and maintaining work instructions, process documents, and checklists
