💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and maintain the automated, human-in-the-loop systems that multiply the GTM team's sales capacity. Your core impact will be measured by the revenue our GTM team closes because of the systems you build. This is an AI-native builder role with end-to-end ownership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Automate outbound systems in Clay for hyperpersonalized campaigns
• Build AI-powered inbound lead qualification and routing
• Automate meeting cycle pre-research, follow-ups, CRM updates
• Build and maintain CRM data model and integration layer

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, SalesOps, or similar
• Experience with Clay, Attio, and no-code orchestration
• Hands-on API and webhook integration skills
• AI-native mindset with daily use of Claude Code or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Instantly, LinkedIn Helper, or Notion
• Experience at AI-native B2B SaaS or marketplace startup
