You'll join a fast-growing renewable energy company to perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment. You'll ensure safe and efficient operations by maintaining PLC-controlled devices, motor controls, and high-voltage distribution systems. Troubleshoot complex electrical issues in a 24/7 industrial environment with high-voltage equipment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Install and maintain electrical equipment per safety standards
• Troubleshoot PLC, VFD, and motor control issues
• Wire and repair AC/DC circuits and 480V/4160V equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• 4+ years electrical experience
• Proficient in using hand and power tools for electrical repairs
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings and blueprints

✨ Nice to Have

• High School diploma or GED with 4 years electrical experience
• Technical training program completion or advanced degree in electrical field
• Experience in pellet mill or similar manufacturing environment
