As a Prophit Engineer, you will drive profitable growth for clients by translating raw financial data into precise marketing strategies. You will guide clients and teammates with clear financial models, diagnostic reviews, and actionable recommendations, ensuring every marketing dollar is understood through the lens of profit. You will take ownership of troubleshooting, forecasting, and optimizing within Meta ads to restore profitable growth.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in eCommerce growth
• Experience in growth strategy and media buying, setting the standard in both
• Ability to translate platform execution into contribution margin and growth targets
• Proven track record of retaining clients and guiding profitable growth
• Strong analytical skills with curiosity and resilience in facing challenges

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain growth forecasts in Statlas, aligning with marketing calendars and contribution margin goals
• Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube (expand to TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Design and interpret incrementality tests (geo holdouts, conversion lift) and integrate into iROAS modeling
• Serve as primary growth partner, communicating forecasts, results, and recommendations clearly and confidently
• Contribute learnings to shared processes and tools, advancing the Growth Engineer framework
