Requirements
- Experience with PC hardware troubleshooting
- Strong written, telephone, and personal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS (10 Pro, 11 Pro, Server 2016)
- Experience with network protocols, switches, and firewall configuration
- Excellent customer service skills and growth mindset
Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and emailed tickets within SLA
- Troubleshoot technical issues in Windows and SQL Server
- Troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, cash drawers, scanner scales, and network firewalls
- Maintain lab environments for testing software updates
- Maintain documentation for products and training
