Requirements

  • Experience with PC hardware troubleshooting
  • Strong written, telephone, and personal communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows OS (10 Pro, 11 Pro, Server 2016)
  • Experience with network protocols, switches, and firewall configuration
  • Excellent customer service skills and growth mindset

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone calls and emailed tickets within SLA
  • Troubleshoot technical issues in Windows and SQL Server
  • Troubleshoot PC hardware, printers, cash drawers, scanner scales, and network firewalls
  • Maintain lab environments for testing software updates
  • Maintain documentation for products and training
