Description

As a Technical Support Specialist at Movable Ink, you will investigate and resolve complex customer issues, create documentation, streamline processes, and build internal tools to improve product quality and customer experience. This remote role is based in Costa Rica with a 9am-6pm Monday-Friday schedule and a weekly on-call rotation once a month.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in technical support, technical account management, or similar role
  • Experience with inspecting and diagnosing web/mobile applications
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL API
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-on setup and debugging (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
  • Knowledge of relational databases and support tools (Django, Kibana, Jenkins, GCP, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch)

Responsibilities

  • Become a technical expert in Movable Ink's products and custom solutions
  • Take ownership of client and internal support requests from initial contact to resolution
  • Participate in an on-call rotation, handling emergency issues from clients and stakeholders
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Write documentation, knowledge base articles, and tutorials to improve customer experience
