You'll lead high-budget Google Ads campaigns for a global wellness company, driving DTC acquisition at scale across Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube. Your work will directly impact the performance of a $1M+ budget.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead high-volume creative testing at scale
• Run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns
• Build and test sophisticated campaign structures and bid strategies
• Own and monitor all performance KPIs
• Proactively recommend UX and funnel improvements

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Track record of managing $1M+ budgets
• Deep hands-on knowledge of Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube
• Proven experience in structured creative testing at scale

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with other DSPs like Applovin
• Experience with paid social and native ad platforms
• Background in subscription apps
