You'll serve as a trusted product expert and primary contact for inbound technical inquiries. You'll diagnose and fix issues, answer product questions, and guide best practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own customer inquiries end-to-end (how-to, break-fix, integration, best practices)
  • Become a trusted product expert mastering dashboard, integrations, troubleshooting
  • Drive increased product adoption by enabling customers to utilize the platform
  • Collaborate with team members, Customer Success, Product, Engineering cross-functionally

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2โ€“3 years experience supporting technical products in SaaS or mobile
  • Degree, boot camp certification, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency with case management tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, or SQL

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, Marketing Automation
