You'll serve as a trusted product expert and primary contact for inbound technical inquiries. You'll diagnose and fix issues, answer product questions, and guide best practices. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer satisfaction.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own customer inquiries end-to-end (how-to, break-fix, integration, best practices)
- Become a trusted product expert mastering dashboard, integrations, troubleshooting
- Drive increased product adoption by enabling customers to utilize the platform
- Collaborate with team members, Customer Success, Product, Engineering cross-functionally
๐ Requirements
- 2โ3 years experience supporting technical products in SaaS or mobile
- Degree, boot camp certification, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with case management tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, or SQL
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana
- Domain knowledge in SaaS, Mobile Technology, APIs, Marketing Automation
