You'll lead new business development for k-ID's privacy-first compliance and age verification infrastructure across the Americas. You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, targeting gaming, digital platforms, and tech companies. This role offers the opportunity to shape the standard for global digital safety at a well-funded startup backed by a16z and Lightspeed.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Identify and close new enterprise customers across NORAM and LATAM
  • Engage senior stakeholders in product, legal, compliance, and security
  • Navigate procurement, legal review, and security assessments
  • Track regulatory developments like COPPA and youth safety mandates

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales in SaaS or compliance tech
  • Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder deals
  • Experience with procurement, security review, and legal negotiations
  • Working knowledge of privacy, compliance, or trust and safety

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to gaming companies or digital platforms
  • Familiarity with API-driven products and technical integrations
  • Language proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
