You'll improve collection rates through multi-channel collection efforts in a dialer and chat environment on early stage accounts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Work with customers to satisfy deficient balances
• Review delinquent accounts daily and maintain losses at guidelines
• Accurately document all account activities and changes
• Independently review extension and forbearance requests

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years of collection experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to negotiate repayment plans for early-stage accounts
• High school diploma or GED required

• Sales experience
• Skilled in developing customer communications and procedures
• Skilled in root cause analysis
