Description

You will provide operational response to system alerts, monitor system status, evaluate system performance, and maintain operational event logs. This role involves working in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule in a closed environment with direct customer collaboration.

Requirements

• TS/SCI CI POLY CLEARANCE NEEDED
• Ability to work in a near real-time decision-making environment
• Successfully complete required Operations Certification Process
• Frequent direct interaction and collaboration with customers and peers
• Technical training or equivalent technical experience

Responsibilities

• Provide operational response to system alerts and changes
• Monitor near real-time system status and apply technical problem-solving
• Evaluate and document system problems, advise on design changes
• Maintain operational event logs and records
• Work rotating 24/7, 12-hour shifts in a closed environment
