💼 About This Role

You'll build, train, and deploy character AI agents at scale for Saga, working across the full lifecycle from fine-tuning models to orchestrating SLM swarms. Your core impact: enabling studios and creators to turn iconic IP into living digital companions that engage fans and drive agentic commerce. You'll join a world-class team from Apple, X, and NVIDIA with a flexible remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain training and inference pipelines for character AI agents
• Deploy and operate AI agents across social media platforms with consistent behavior
• Develop tooling for studios to customize agent personality and guardrails
• Architect infrastructure supporting multi-modal agent deployments

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of backend or ML engineering experience with production AI/ML
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and inference optimization
• Strong proficiency in Python; Golang is a plus
• Experience building and operating API services and data pipelines at scale

• Experience with character AI, conversational AI, or NPC behavior systems
• Background in gaming, entertainment, or media technology
• Experience with multi-modal AI (voice, image, video generation or processing)
