Description

You will own the strategic direction and end-to-end roadmap for Altruist's trading platform, architecting a comprehensive product strategy that balances rapid innovation with the reliability required for financial execution. You will drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Design, and Operations, and serve as the primary authority on trading product health, monitoring key metrics and directing resources to resolve bottlenecks or capitalize on market shifts.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of product management experience from a high-caliber tech firm or fintech with a proven track record of launching and scaling complex products.
• Prior experience in trading or investment platforms is a significant plus.
• Foundational financial acumen including solid grasp of investment management terms, calculations, and operational needs of a professional broker-dealer.
• Deep technical literacy to engage as a peer with engineers and understand system trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication skills to distill abstract strategic goals into concrete requirements.
• Operational flexibility to support US market hours.
• Hybrid based in San Francisco, Los Angeles, or Dallas.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA and/or CFA preferred.

• Utilize AI-driven workflows and prototyping to accelerate product development.
• Serve as the primary authority on trading product health, monitoring key performance metrics and directing resources.
• Liaise with Compliance and Trading Operations to ensure product strategies align with regulatory demands.
