💼 About This Role

You'll provide personalized A2P onboarding support for strategic customers, helping them onboard their numbers with SLA-driven solutions. You'll manage customer accounts, solve onboarding issues, and collaborate with operations to scale volumes. This role offers the chance to work remotely from India and make a direct impact on customer success.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide personalized onboarding support for Fast Track customers.
• Manage Onboarding SLAs and credit utilization per product.
• Join weekly customer calls to report metrics and review open items.
• Log customer interactions and tag/categorize issues accordingly.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience specializing in at least one A2P product
• Previous experience working directly with clients
• Ability to manage daily caseload and respond within SLAs
• Capable of owning up to 12 customer accounts

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Understanding of CTIA guidelines and international regulatory requirements
• Experience handling tasks within a desired SLA
