💼 About This Role

You'll design and launch campus activation programs targeting top U.S. universities. You'll empower students to build software with Replit through workshops, hackathons, and ambassador initiatives. This internship is ideal for someone embedded in the college tech ecosystem who is excited about AI-powered software creation and developer tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute campus activation playbook for top US programs
• Recruit and enable Campus Leaders to run workshops and events
• Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person student events
• Create playbooks, social toolkits, and presentation templates

📋 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Top 25 US Engineering or Business program
• Experience organizing campus events, hackathons, or student org programming
• Familiarity with community platforms (Discord, Slack) and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace)
• Genuine enthusiasm for developer tools, AI, and software creation

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with Replit
• Experience managing online communities or ambassador/fellowship programs
• Familiarity with community health metrics
