💼 About This Role

You'll lead strategic program execution for ATHIA, an AI-powered payments orchestration platform. You'll bridge product and engineering to scale payment infrastructure for large enterprises. This high-impact role offers direct reporting to the VP of Product in a rapidly growing startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex payments initiatives
• Coordinate multiple workstreams across product and engineering
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
• Implement scalable program management frameworks and KPIs

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management
• Strong understanding of payments systems, orchestration, or financial platforms
• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and distributed systems
