You'll support store leadership in creating the best experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll help train new recruits and manage daily operations to meet sales targets. You'll also use your fandom knowledge to drive add-on sales and ensure an amazing shopping experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages returns.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to navigate the store and lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of music and pop culture trends.
