Description

You will litigate complex cases at appellate and trial levels, supervise attorneys, and train junior staff in First Amendment and civil rights litigation. Your work directly defends religious freedom, free speech, and family rights.

Requirements

• J.D. and active license in at least one US state bar
• 10+ years of complex litigation experience

Responsibilities

• Litigate complex cases at appellate and trial levels
• Supervise attorneys in federal and state civil rights cases
• Review and edit substantive briefs
• Conduct moot courts for appellate and trial cases
• Train and mentor midlevel and junior attorneys
