You'll support device inventory and deployment for a federal contractor team, provide hands-on troubleshooting and login support to end users, and ensure smooth daily operation of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices. You'll also maintain reports and improve processes by incorporating lessons learned from ongoing support.

• Complete annual inventory and mobile device deployment with team
• Provide troubleshooting and login support to end users
• Provide day-to-day support of laptops, tablets, and other mobile devices
• Update reports and documentation; integrate lessons learned into processes

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret
• 3 years of hands-on experience supporting mobile devices
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with ticketing systems
