• Manage logistics and scheduling for media attendees
• Run and fulfil media-related activities at events
• Liaise with other teams to ensure clear communication

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in relationship/account management or customer service
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Exceptional planning, scheduling and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of media industry
• Event management experience
