🎯 What You'll Do

• Treat internal platform as a product, prioritizing developer experience
• Define and execute technical strategy across multiple engineering teams
• Lead and mentor Engineering Managers and senior engineers
• Drive architectural decisions for large-scale distributed systems

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years of engineering experience
• 3+ years managing other managers
• Track record of building multiple high-performing engineering teams
• Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM integration and agentic automation
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java
• Delivery of compliance initiatives like SOC2, PCI, ISO, or FedRAMP
