Description

You will lead enablement strategy for Commerce product releases, creating scalable learning experiences for internal teams, partners, and customers. You'll collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Enablement to translate innovations into effective training resources.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product enablement, operations, or software implementation in SaaS or B2B technology
• Experience with cross-functional release readiness initiatives
• Understanding of go-to-market teams as key audiences
• Excellent organizational, communication, and program management skills
• Experience in Commerce technology, AI-driven ecosystems, or customer experience platforms (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to enablement strategy for Commerce product releases
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Enablement to translate features into learning experiences
• Build scalable frameworks for readiness milestones and enablement assets
• Act as key liaison for enablement within Commerce line of business
• Develop and maintain enablement resources (courses, demos, workshops)
