Description

You will build and grow partnerships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to secure competitive rates and favorable commercial terms. You'll analyze performance data, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize value from our tours and activities offerings.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in procurement, revenue management, partner relations, or similar commercial role in travel/hospitality
  • Proven negotiation expertise in rates, contracts, or commercial agreements
  • Advanced negotiation skills with ability to deliver results while maintaining partner engagement

Responsibilities

  • Lead DMC contract negotiations for competitive availability, rates, and favorable terms
  • Analyze DMC performance data and competitive insights to identify rate optimization opportunities
  • Execute strategies to enhance DMC competitiveness across key markets
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with DMC and connectivity partners to resolve issues and strengthen offerings
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, Operations, Sales teams to drive profitability and customer value
