Description

In this role, you will lead the evolution of MongoDB's global employee listening strategy, ensuring culture is measured and integrated across the talent lifecycle. You'll design surveys, synthesize insights, partner with the People Team, and drive action planning that scales with the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement
• Experience in people analytics with advanced analytical skills
• Ability to synthesize and communicate insights to all levels of organization
• Strong project management skills in fast-paced environments
• Excellent judgment handling sensitive data and experience with survey tools

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of holistic employee listening measurement strategy
• Partner with Culture Development and People Team to identify critical people issues and deliver insights
• Demonstrate thought leadership on research and innovative solutions for talent lifecycle assessment
• Lead enterprise-wide survey action planning process and enable self-service manager tools
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on timelines, resources, and dependencies
