Description

You will lead the evolution of marketing systems and web platform to transform complex scientific purchasing journeys into intuitive self-service experiences, driving both new lead acquisition and seamless re-ordering for existing researchers. You'll partner with engineering and commercial leaders to launch scalable web solutions, architect data pipelines between custom web platform and enterprise tools like Marketo and Salesforce, and optimize conversion funnels using web analytics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent)
  • 5 years of product management experience
  • 3 years of experience working with marketing automation systems
  • Outcome-Driven Web Funnel Experience: Proven experience building and scaling interactive web applications and self-service experiences, using web analytics to optimize funnels and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • MarTech Mastery: Deep familiarity scaling and modernizing complex marketing technology environments, driving data integrity, lead routing efficiency, and operational efficiency across the stack.
  • Iterative Delivery: Strong capability in scoping high-value MVPs and delivering incremental releases, balancing immediate enhancements with long-term integrity of a multi-year MarTech architectural roadmap.
  • Technical Acumen: Technical confidence to engage in discussions with engineers, evaluate architecture trade-offs, design complex global system logic, and establish rigorous data governance frameworks.
  • Global Privacy Compliance Acumen: Deep understanding of international data privacy regulations and modern consent management, architecting compliant, secure data workflows and cookie frameworks.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: History of acting as central alignment force between engineering and commercial organizations, translating complex system realities into compelling narratives, building trust, and managing change.

Responsibilities

  • Craft a compelling product strategy for web properties and customer platform, transforming complex scientific purchasing journeys into intuitive, self-service experiences that drive both new lead acquisition and seamless re-ordering for existing researchers.
  • Act as the steward of our MarTech ecosystem, leading strategic evaluation of current stack, establishing robust operational governance and seamless data flow between web frontend, marketing automation, and CRM tools.
  • Use web analytics, qualitative insights, and quantitative metrics to validate ideas, optimize conversion funnels, ensure capture of high-fidelity marketing intel, and define attribution and routing logic connecting web behavior to sales opportunities.
  • Partner deeply across commercial leadership and engineering, translating complex business objectives into clear requirements, building consensus, managing change, and aligning cross-functional teams around scalable best practices.
  • Architect requirements for underlying data models and workflows required to support complex, omnichannel demand generation campaigns across web, email, and paid media.
