💼 About This Role

You'll join a cross-functional task force to audit and fix Scandit's developer documentation for a 6-month contract. Your mission is to reduce the 20% search no-result rate, restructure information architecture, and fill content gaps, turning docs into a self-service experience that helps developers succeed during their trial.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit developer docs for search failures and structural gaps
• Fix poor search performance using Algolia and Docusaurus
• Redesign information architecture and navigation for trial users
• Identify content gaps and drive fixes with Product and Engineering

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in technical writing or developer documentation
• Experience with SDK/API documentation for developer audiences
• Hands-on Docusaurus and docs-as-code workflows (Git/GitLab)
• Hands-on Algolia index configuration and search analytics

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Algolia DocSearch
• Experience with mobile SDK documentation (iOS/Android)
