You'll support store leadership in providing an amazing customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help meet sales targets. This role offers the chance to step up as a leader in a dynamic retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage returns.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away.
• Open and close the store as needed.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds.
