Description

You will provide end-to-end operational support for Azure environments, overseeing operational workstreams for customer engineering experience, service engineering, and incident management. This role operates on a 24x7x365 schedule in specified locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of relevant operational experience
• Proven experience in incident management, crisis response, and secure/air-gapped cloud environments
• Strong background in cloud operations, system validation, deployments, and troubleshooting in secure or sovereign environments
• Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Active TS/SCI with poly required
• Active U.S. passport required
