Description

You will partner closely with prospects to uncover their needs, frame the right solution, and demonstrate the unique value of Coveo's Service Knowledge solutions. You'll conduct deep technical discovery, build and deliver tailored demos, lead technical components of Proofs of Concept, and act as a trusted advisor for AI-powered digital transformation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Presales professional (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant)
• Experience supporting CX, customer service, support, or knowledge management use cases
• Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and search-related models
• Programming familiarity (Python, JavaScript) and experience with APIs (e.g., Postman)
• Consultative mindset with excellent storytelling and technical communication skills

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective customers in understanding, comparing, and evaluating Service Knowledge solutions
• Conduct deep technical discovery to assess fit and capture requirements
• Build and deliver tailored demos highlighting relevant capabilities and business value
• Lead technical components of Proofs of Concept and own RFIs/RFPs
• Act as trusted advisor on AI-powered digital transformation and build stakeholder relationships
