Description

As Senior Legal Counsel - Banking, you will lead treasury and debt capital market workstreams, advise on financings to support data centre expansion, and provide legal support on strategic initiatives across the APJ region.

Requirements

• Expert legal advice on banking and finance workstreams across APJ
• Experience with corporate finance, securitisations, project finance, derivatives, hedging, alternative capital markets, sustainable banking
• Strong negotiation and document drafting skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance across APJ jurisdictions
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive treasury and debt capital market workstreams requiring specialist legal input
• Advise on, structure and shape new and existing financings across the AirTrunk group
• Review, negotiate and finalise complex financial transaction documents
• Work with Treasury team to facilitate execution of debt financing transactions and drive post-closing matters
• Evaluate and manage legal and regulatory risks in debt financing transactions
