You'll implement operations safety and risk management strategies across all markets for Lalamove. You'll ensure robust safety systems and operational risk procedures are in place while supporting incident reporting and worker protection programmes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take part in risk analytics and incident reporting
• Support platform worker and goods protection programmes
• Design worker's claim workflow for relevant markets
• Prepare business requirement and ISO related documents

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• 2 years of working experience
• Chinese and English proficiency
