You'll develop and oversee compliance programs for a leading telenutrition platform, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and contractual requirements. You'll serve as the primary compliance contact for internal teams and external clients, building trust and driving operational excellence. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement compliance programs for healthcare regulations and Medicaid requirements.
• Lead response to customer compliance audits and implement remediations.
• Advise internal teams on monitoring, escalation, and conduct internal audits.
• Provide compliance training on HIPAA, fraud and abuse, and workplace harassment.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive professional experience including 3+ years in healthcare compliance.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA and fraud and abuse laws.
• Experience building compliance programs and conducting audits and risk assessments.
• Significant experience in cross-functional roles managing complex projects.

• Juris Doctor or advanced compliance certification preferred.
