Description

You will lead transaction execution for M&A, financing, and restructuring in the gaming sector, working directly with senior bankers and clients. Your work includes financial modeling, valuation analyses, and managing deal processes from mandate through closing.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant transaction experience in M&A, capital markets, or restructuring
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and accounting proficiency
• Ability to independently manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing junior team members
• Bachelor's degree required; FINRA Series 79 or Series 7 preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical and execution workstreams for M&A, financing, and restructuring
• Work directly with clients, counterparties, and advisors through deal lifecycle
• Oversee and mentor Analysts, ensuring high analytical rigor and presentation quality
• Develop detailed financial models, valuations, and transaction materials for board-level discussions
• Conduct industry and strategic analyses to support advisory recommendations
