You'll design and oversee ABA treatment programs for children with Autism at Kind Behavioral Health, collaborating with a supportive team. Your work will drive client outcomes through evidence-based care and mentorship. This role offers small caseloads and a gold-standard clinical environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs
• Design treatment plans and data collection systems
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
• Provide family training and clinical documentation

📋 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background and reference check
• Experience with ASD preferred
