Description

As Stockroom Lead at Allbirds, you will manage inventory and e-commerce order processing while ensuring an exceptional in-store experience. You'll keep the stockroom running smoothly, support sales, and help uphold brand standards in the London Marylebone store.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in retail, customer sales, or hospitality preferred
• 1+ years of retail management experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and good judgment
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask
• Basic understanding of retail math
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Passion for customer experience
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, climb ladders

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, e-commerce order processing, deliveries, stock counts, and shrinkage
• Monitor stock levels, fill shelves, and ensure product visibility on the floor
• Work the backroom to pull sendbacks, rearrange stock, and transfer product
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and execute daily store operations
• Operate point-of-sale system and drive loyalty member program
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
• Complete opening and closing procedures
• Delegate tasks to ambassadors and fulfill Leader on Duty responsibilities
• Give timely feedback and model effective communication
