Description

As a Starlink Market Access Manager, you will lead regulatory efforts for new markets, oversee business operations in existing markets, and identify commercial opportunities to grow Starlink's customer base worldwide. You'll work closely with engineering, operations, and sales teams to shape Starlink's global presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
• Fluency in English and another language (French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish) preferred
• Negotiation and analytical skills in market modeling and forecasting

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research on demand, competition, and barriers to entry
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, logistics, legal, tax, and sales teams
• Develop stakeholder networks to promote Starlink growth
• Build commercial opportunity pipeline for Enterprise Sales
• Monitor geopolitical, economic, and regulatory risks
