Description
You will drive Stripe's growth in Italy by building relationships with existing and prospective middle market and enterprise companies, turning them into happy Stripe users. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of sales experience, preferably at a technology or fintech/payments company
- Ability to understand complex business problems and craft solutions across multiple products
- Proven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own a named account list and develop account plans for winning and expanding business with middle market and enterprise companies
- Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, to go live for middle market and enterprise companies
- Own contract renewals and lead commercial negotiations to increase and retain customer revenue
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders at new and existing users
