Description

You will join a new Agentic Analytics team at the intersection of data science, data engineering, and AI. You'll design AI agents that proactively surface business insights, build natural language interfaces for data querying, and own the analytics-to-action pipeline. This is a high-impact IC role shaping analytics in an AI-first company.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in analytics, data science, or data engineering with increasing scope
• Expert-level SQL for complex data models optimized for human and AI consumption
• Strong Python proficiency for data engineering, automation, and AI agent development
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or LLM applications in production
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through analytics and influencing decisions

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI agents that monitor business performance and surface actionable insights
• Architect systems that shift analytics from answering questions to anticipating needs
• Develop natural language interfaces for business leaders to query data conversationally
• Build semantic layers translating business concepts into data structures for LLM reasoning
• Design data models and workflows supporting automated analysis and AI agent interactions
