You'll own integrations and testing workstreams for a new HCM system implementation at a global software company. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of complex HR interfaces. This role offers end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced program environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead design and delivery of HR system integrations (payroll, time, finance)
- Gather and document functional and technical integration requirements
- Own end-to-end testing strategy and execution (unit, integration, UAT)
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive decision-making
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years implementing HR systems with direct ownership of integrations and testing
- Strong understanding of HR processes and complex system interfaces
- Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams
- Hands-on experience planning and leading testing cycles for large-scale implementations
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience leading HRIS programs in global, multi-region organizations
- Experience with payroll, time, and finance system integrations
