You'll own integrations and testing workstreams for a new HCM system implementation at a global software company. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration with IT, vendors, and partners to ensure high-quality delivery of complex HR interfaces. This role offers end-to-end ownership in a fast-paced program environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead design and delivery of HR system integrations (payroll, time, finance)
  • Gather and document functional and technical integration requirements
  • Own end-to-end testing strategy and execution (unit, integration, UAT)
  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies and drive decision-making

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years implementing HR systems with direct ownership of integrations and testing
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and complex system interfaces
  • Experience writing functional specifications and working with technical teams
  • Hands-on experience planning and leading testing cycles for large-scale implementations

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience leading HRIS programs in global, multi-region organizations
